As we head into the final weeks of the 2025-2026 school year, Interim Superintendent Dr. Dyann Mack reflects on the many ways teaching and learning is happening across Harford County Public Schools.
In her latest Superintendent's Spotlight, Dr. Mack shares highlights from recent tours of HCPS operational departments, including the warehouse, print shop, and Food and Nutrition Services, and discusses how the work happening behind the scenes connects directly to student success in the classroom. She also celebrates several recent recognitions, including Teacher of the Year Mr. Michael James of North Harford High School, Maryland School Psychologist of the Year Sue Miller, and Roye-Williams Elementary School's Distinguished Purple Star Award.
